All payments for services must be paid in full before the appointment.

No refunds are given unless at the discretion of the company.

If, for any reason, the client is unable to make the confirmed date of service, Larkspur Personal Style Curator will strive to rebook the service on another day that is agreed upon with the client. There will be no cancellation fee or change of date fee, however, there will be no refund either.

If Larkspur Personal Style Curator, for any reason, is unable to make the confirmed date of serviced booked with a client, they will strive to find an alternative date; or, in the final instance offer a refund.

If the client is unsatisfied with a service, they have a right to discuss their complaint with Jamie Mori. An agreed resolution will be discussed where both parties are happy.

Any agreements or contracts with Larkspur, otherwise known as Larkspur Personal Style Curator, is made by and between Jamie Mori Media LLC, the legal entity name for Larkspur and/or Larkspur Personal Style Curator.
